Requesting A Spare

League Members

If you are going to be away or missing any games, take the following steps ASAP in the order listed

(we have provided Jeff’s contact info to all players via our weekly communications):

1. Send a Text message to Jeff Sisson and include your name and game date(s) you can’t make.

2. If you don’t have a cell phone, send an email to Jeff with your name and game date(s) you can’t make.

3. If you are unable to either send a text message or an email, then call Jeff and leave a voice message with your name and game date(s) you can't make.

As Jeff becomes aware that spares are needed, he will contact the available spares and do his best to fill the vacancies as efficiently and effectively as possible. In the very rare event that we are unable to fill all spots with spares, we will move players from other teams so that no team has less than 3 players and no games are not able to be played.
